Booking Procedures

Exclusive Rebooking Period. As a guest on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ‘25.1 or ‘25.2, you should have received an email on August 15, 2024 outlining your exclusive right to reserve your current stateroom for your sailing of The Smooth Jazz Cruise ‘26. This opportunity expired on September 15, 2024, after which time staterooms not rebooked were returned to available inventory.

Now through October 17 (“Open Booking”). From now through “Open Booking,” guests on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ‘25.1 or ‘25.2, are invited to reserve any available stateroom on either sailing of The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26. No assurances can be made that their current stateroom will be available and they must complete their reservation by contacting the office. Once Open Booking starts, online reservations will be available.

Deposit: Reservations will require a deposit due at the time of reservation. Your elected payment plan will begin on Monday, March 10, 2025.

Pricing: Please review the email you received on August 15, 2024 to confirm your Past Guest Price based on your Jazz Cruises’ Sailing History. Your Past Guest Price based on your Jazz Cruises’ Sailing History will expire when Open Booking starts.

On October 17, 2024, any guest may select any available stateroom and complete a reservation either online or by contacting the office. Deposits will be due at the time of the Reservation and the Cruise Price will be the amount presented on the Pricing Page. If a guest has sailed on a Jazz Cruises program in the past, they will qualify for the Past Guest Cruise Price.  To learn that price and to confirm qualification, the guest must contact the office.
