For almost four decades, Peter White has stood as one of jazz’s most versatile and prolific acoustic guitarists, blending jazz, pop and classical elements to craft a unique and universally appealing sound. At just 19, he joined Al Stewart’s band, performing alongside luminaries like Linda Ronstadt, Billy Joel and Queen. Launching his solo career in 1990 with Réveillez-Vous, Peter has enjoyed a successful touring career with “Guitars and Saxes” and his annual “Peter White Christmas Tour.” From its inception, Peter has been a major factor in the success and growth of The Smooth Jazz Cruise and he epitomizes what the cruise hopes to present.
